Lillie Anderson
Position
GENERAL BOARD MEMBER
Organisation
Integrated Health
About
Fourteen years ago, Lillie arrived in Newman. Not only is she a mum of two, but she’s also the founder of Integrated Health, a business that helps people understand their bodies so they can live more actively, free of pain and worry.
With a diploma in Clinical Sports Massage, she expanded her skills to include traditional and modern cupping and became a Pilates Instructor. Her mission is clear: to bridge the gap between injury recovery and real, lasting lifestyle changes for families.
A true part of the Newman community, Lillie’s often assisting at community events and talking about mental health, pelvic floor issues, or the ups and downs of family life in a remote town.
Lillie’s passion is breaking down barriers around mental and physical health so the community can thrive—no matter how remote.
